Colleague Life

At JCT600, we drive you to find your best you and thrive when you get there. We want JCT600 to feel like a home from home for everyone, somewhere all colleagues feel safe, secure and trusted to do the right thing. One of the ways we aim to do this is by setting our own standards and not being like everyone else.

And we have a plan to make this happen, in fact we are already doing it through our seven colleague commitments.

Of course, we could try and explain what life at JCT600 is like, but we thought it would be better to just let our incredible colleagues show you...

Behind The Scenes

Let's be real – nobody's perfect, and honestly, we’re not either… being perfect would be pretty dull anyway! At JCT600, we embrace our flaws, just like our amazing colleagues do in this video...

Inclusivity & Diversity

As part of our commitment to being an inclusive business, we’re proud to be members of the Automotive 30% Club and a Disability Confident employer.

We try our hardest to make JCT600 feel like a home from home for all of our colleagues. To us, that’s a place where we can all feel supported to be our true selves every day and where our workforce represents the wonderful communities we serve.

Wellbeing

The wellbeing of our colleagues is at the heart of every decision we make as we want to create a workplace that our people are proud to join. It’s crucial to us that every colleague not only feels supported but is inspired to lend their support and appreciate one another for giving their best!

To support these wellbeing commitments, we have signed the Mindful Employer Charter and joined their network.

Training & Development

Through personalised development plans and dedicated training, we do our best to make sure that every JCT600 employee has the opportunity to reach their full potential – it's what every colleague deserves.

We work with our brand partners to support world-renowned training , as well as providing courses, programmes and online learning that cover everything from colleague inductions and JCT600 accreditation to personal growth and leadership development.
