At JCT600, we know how crucial apprentices are for our business and for the future of the car industry. In 2023, we welcomed more than 40 apprentices to our business, and made sure they got the best support, training, and opportunities as they took that exciting first step in their careers.
We work closely with manufacturers to offer some of the best training available and offer different programmes in both technical and customer-facing roles.
All programmes are underpinned with on-going support and hands-on experience, you’ll work alongside our highly skilled colleagues, making it a great way to learn the ins and outs of the industry.

Our Trainee Sales Customer Advisor programme is a 6-month training course designed to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career at JCT600 and in the automotive industry.
You'll develop your skills in dealership sales through hands-on experience and face-to-face training with our Learning and Talent team. After completing the programme, you’ll become a Sales Customer Advisor focused on delivering exceptional service to every customer.
We accept applications for the programme every three months and encourage everyone, regardless of background or experience, to apply. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to being their best every day.
