At JCT600, colleague wellbeing is a priority. By offering emotional support, practical resources, and initiatives to promote healthy living, we aim to create a workplace where colleagues feel safe, supported, and able to thrive - both personally and professionally. Wellbeing isn’t just a policy for us, it’s part of our culture.

We provide a range of support for mental health, including suicide prevention resources, domestic abuse support, and guidance for colleagues experiencing emotional challenges. Our trained Mental Health First Aiders are available across the business to offer confidential support and a listening ear. Colleagues can also reach out via our internal ‘Need to Talk’ support email, ensuring help is always accessible in a way that feels safe and private. We’re also very proud to work closely with our charity partner, Ben Automotive, to ensure colleagues can access expert support and practical resources for both mental health and wellbeing challenges.
Supporting wellbeing isn’t just about emotional health, we encourage colleagues to take care of their physical health too. Through initiatives such as the Cycle to Work scheme and discounted gym memberships, colleagues can stay active, healthy and energised, both in and out of the workplace. We also run yearly ‘Walk & Talk’ events, bringing colleagues together to enjoy some light exercise while having meaningful conversations.
