Apprenticeships in Automotive

Apprenticeships at JCT600 are a great way to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career with us. 

  • Learn on the job from highly skilled colleagues.
  • Work in roles such as Vehicle Technician or customer-facing positions like Sales and Service Advisor.
  • Complete an industry-recognised qualification as part of your apprenticeship.

The length of an apprenticeship depends on the role. Technician apprenticeships typically last 3 years, while customer-facing roles usually take 12 to 18 months. Applications are open throughout the year, providing regular opportunities to join.

Trainee Sales Customer Advisor Programme

Our Trainee Sales Customer Advisor Programme is a 6-month structured training course designed for people who enjoy working with customers and want to start a career in sales.

  • Learn on the job in one of our dealerships. 
  • Receive face-to-face coaching from our Learning and Talent team. 
  • Gain confidence in product knowledge, customer service and communication. 
  • Progress into a permanent Sales Customer Advisor role with opportunities to develop your career. 


Applications for this programme open every three months, giving regular opportunities to join.
