At JCT600, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and able to be themselves. We have a number of colleague communities and initiatives that actively help drive inclusion and diversity across our business.
Throughout the year, we also spotlight and champion key moments such as World Autism Awareness Day, International Women's Day and National Inclusion Week, as well as recognising and celebrating important religious occasions including Ramadan, Diwali and Christmas. These moments help us to celebrate diversity and continue building an inclusive culture together

Finding a good balance between work and home life is very important to us at JCT600. Our Parents and Carers Network provides a supportive space where colleagues can share experiences, access guidance and feel connected. Alongside this, our enhanced maternity and paternity leave and pay help colleagues feel supported during some of life’s most important moments.
We’re committed to improving gender representation across the automotive industry. Our Gender Balance Community, now part of the JCT600 scorecard, helps drive meaningful progress by encouraging more women to build careers with us. We also celebrate the achievements of our female colleagues through our annual JCT600 Woman of the Year award at our Heroes Event, recognising the inspiring contribution women make across our business. We’re also proud that our Brand Director, Michelle Cavaney, was named Autotrader Woman of the Year 2025.

We recognise that everyone thinks differently… and that’s a strength! Through neurodiversity awareness initiatives and training opportunities, we’re helping colleagues better understand and support one another, creating a more inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
